Terms of Service
Last updated: June 22, 2026
These Terms govern your use of Exhibitly (the “Service”), operated by Exhibitly. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Exhibitly. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are able to enter into these Terms.
2. Accounts and Roblox verification
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. To use the Service you must link a Roblox account by proving ownership of it. You agree to provide accurate information and not to impersonate anyone or link an account you do not control.
3. What Exhibitly is (and isn't)
Exhibitly is a presentation tool for Roblox roleplay communities to organize footage, participants, and evidence for in-game “trials,” investigations, and case reviews. It is roleplay and entertainment only. Cases on Exhibitly are not real legal proceedings, are not legal advice, and have no legal effect.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Harass, bully, threaten, defame, or incite harm against any person.
- Post real-world private information about anyone (doxxing), including real names, addresses, schools, or contact details.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
- Upload content that is illegal, sexual content involving minors, hateful, or that violates someone’s rights.
- Infringe intellectual-property rights or upload content you do not have the right to share.
- Break, overload, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, or violate Roblox’s or any embedded provider’s terms.
Remember that case pages — including footage, evidence, and participant and viewer lists — are public.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you upload. By uploading, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, and display that content for the purpose of operating the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you upload and represent that you have the rights to share it.
6. Subscriptions and billing
Exhibitly offers an optional paid Pro subscription that unlocks additional features. Current pricing is shown on our pricing page.
- Payments. Subscriptions are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details. Your purchase is also subject to Stripe’s terms.
- Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) at the then-current price until you cancel.
- Cancellation. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; your Pro access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Refunds. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
- Price changes. We may change subscription prices; any change applies to your next billing period, and continued use after the change means you accept the new price.
- Failed payments. If a payment fails, we may suspend or downgrade your Pro access until payment succeeds.
Pro features are provided on the same “as is” basis as the rest of the Service and may change over time.
7. Naming participants
When you add a Roblox user to a case as a host, defendant, or witness, you represent that you have a legitimate, good-faith basis for doing so and that the case does not harass or defame that person. We may remove any participant, case, or content, and may suspend accounts, at our discretion — for example in response to a removal request from a person who has been named (see our Privacy Policy).
8. Crime tip line
The Service may let you submit a roleplay “criminal tip” that is relayed to an external form operated by a third-party roleplay community. As with the rest of Exhibitly, this is roleplay and entertainment only and has no real-world legal effect; any “sworn,” “affirmation,” or “penalty of perjury” language is part of the roleplay, not a real legal oath.
You are responsible for what you submit. Do not use it to harass, defame, or post real-world private information about anyone, and do not submit tips in another person’s name. Once a tip is submitted it is delivered to the third party that operates that form, whose handling of it is outside our control and governed by their own practices.
9. Reporting and removal
To report content that violates these Terms, or to request removal of your Roblox identity from a case, contact sinzzs04@gmail.com with the case link and details. We review reports and remove content where appropriate, but we do not guarantee any particular outcome or response time.
10. Moderation and termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, and may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe create risk or legal exposure. You may stop using the Service at any time.
11. Third-party services
The Service relies on and links to third parties — including Roblox, YouTube, Medal.tv, and Google/Firebase. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by them, and we are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
12. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exhibitly will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, reputation, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service or from content posted by you or other users.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Exhibitly from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or of anyone’s rights.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
